This coaster is based on the hilt of the sword of Miyamoto Musashi, a swordsman from the beginning of the Edo Period who founded the two-sworded Niten Ichi-ryu School of the Art of Warfare, and is best known for his final battle with Shojiro Sasaki at Ganryu Island.
